Karol G world tour will include one stop in Southern California

After making history as the first Latina to headline the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Karol G is hitting the road for a world tour.

The Colombian singer-songwriter teased the news after wrapping up her Sunday set at Weekend 2 of the festival on Sunday, April 19. The “Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour” will also hold some historical significance, as she’s said to become the first Latina artist to headline stadiums across Europe.

Karol G will stop twice in California, including at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood on Aug. 14 and at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on Aug. 21.

Fans in select markets will get first access to tickets through various presales, including an exclusive artist presale beginning Monday, April 27. To be eligible for the artist presale in the USA, Canada and Europe, fans must register at karolgmusic.com between now and 7 a.m. Friday, April 24 PT. General on-sale timing will vary by market. Fans should check karolgmusic.com for specific details regarding their city.

The tour will also offer a variety of different VIP packages and experiences. Packages vary but include premium tickets, an invitation to the pre-show VIP Lounge, specially designed merch items and more. For more information, visit vipnation.com.

Karol G’s 2025 album, “TROPICOQUETA,” marked her fourth consecutive number one on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart and delivered the largest U.S. streaming week ever for a Latin album by a woman. Her album “MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO” also made history as the first Spanish-language album by a woman to debut at number one on the Billboard 200.

The announcement also follows the Mañana Será Bonito World Tour, a multi-continent run that, according to a press release, sold more than 2.3 million tickets across 62 shows and grossed over $300 million, from August 2023 to July 2024. Before wrapping up that tour, she took home a Grammy Award for Best Música Urbana Album at the 66th Grammy Awards.
