U.S. 6 over Loveland Pass is closed for safety concerns and Interstate 70 westbound is closed near Eagle for emergency road work, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
I-70 is closed between exit 163, Edwards, and exit 147, Eagle, from mile point 157 to 147.

Detours onto Grand Avenue/U.S. 6 and Eby Creek Road are in place. Travelers should expect delays.
U.S. 6 is closed in both directions between I-70 and east of Keystone Resort, from mile points 222 and 228.7. Hazmat vehicles should stage at Eisenhower Tunnel and will run at the top of the hour as traffic allows, according to the agency.
