According to ESPNâs Malika Andrews, Castle was taken back to the locker room to receive an X-ray on his hand.Â
Castle was the Spursâ leading scorer with 33 points in a crucial Game 3 without Victor Wembanyama, who was out due a concussion suffered in Game 2.
