âSeveral months ago, we said that when all the information was inâwhen a grand jury could hear all the facts of this caseâPatrick Beverley would be cleared of all charges,â the statement read. âThat is what happened today, when a grand jury sitting in Fort Bend County no-billed Patrick, effectively ending the case.â
The attorneys reiterated that Beverley denied harming his sister, who was central to the allegations, and said he hopes the outcome restores his name and reputation.

Beverley was arrested in November on allegations involving a family or household member, including claims of impeding breath or circulationâan offense treated seriously under Texas law.
