Cardi B Trolls NFL Analysts For Picking Texans Over Patriots

Cardi B just couldn’t help herself!

The rapper was tuned in for the New England Patriots big win over the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon, specifically cheering on her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs. And when the clock hit zero, sending the Patriots to the AFC Championship game, she decided to poke fun at some NFL analysts who all had the Texans winning.

Specifically, it was ESPN’s Mina Kimes, Ryan Clark, Hannah Storm, Dan Orlovsky, and Marcus Spears who had Houston as the unanimous winner.

“THEY DIDN’T BELIEVE IN US !!! I LIKE US!!!!! WE ALL WE GOT!!!!! WE ALL WE NEED !!!!” Cardi B wrote on X, including a video of herself yelling, “What are you talking about? Nothing!”

Diggs also addressed this in his postgame press conference, adding that it helped motivate the Patriots all week.

“It’s a good thing. Hopefully they do that again this week because that’s another good defense we’re about to go see,” he said. “I feel like I spoke on it not too long ago, but playing with a chip on our shoulder. I think we’re one of those teams that play better with a chip on our shoulder – when everybody kind of counted us out. I think there was a handful of commentators and people, the little tidbits that I do see – because I try not to see too much – they all picked Houston to win. I mean, for a good reason – that’s a good football team, and I understand their vantage point. All we can do is come in, work hard during the week and put ourselves in the best position to win the game.”

Stefon Diggs Was Emotional After Patriots Victory

As he walked off the field, cameras caught a very emotional Diggs who was celebrating a trip back to the AFC Championship game. And this one has got to mean more considering all that Diggs battled back from, having torn his ACL last season. And the team he was on when that injury occurred was the Texans.

“I don’t think it’s sunk in yet,” the veteran receiver said after the game. “We’re going to enjoy it for the next eight hours. They’ve got a day on us right now, recovery-wise, so I think the biggest thing for us is to come in and try to be better. We have some things that we left out there, but coming out with the win means everything. I’d rather win and learn a lesson than lose. We talked about that earlier in the season. So, it hasn’t sunk in, and I hope it doesn’t. I want to just move on – move on to the next. Be thankful for where we are, but we’ve got to get another one.”

Cardi B Also Trolled The Chargers In The Wild Card Round

After the Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Chargers last week, Cardi B posted a video on her Instagram story, celebrating the win will also poking some fun at the losing team, insinuating that their vacations can now start since the season is over for them.

“That’s what I’m talking about,” she said. “Take them to Tulum! They want to go to Tulum on Delta. Put them on Delta!”
