Jaylen Brown led the way with 41 points, seven rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block while shooting 10/20 from the field and 2/5 from three-point range in 39 minutes of playing time.

Celtics Stats wrote: “Jaylen Brown is the fourth Celtic to record six 40-point games in a season, joining Larry Bird (5X), Paul Pierce, and Jayson Tatum.”

Brown is in the middle of an excellent season with averages of 28.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.9% from the field and 34.3% from three-point range in 61 games.

The Celtics are the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 45-23 record in 68 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game winning streak (and have won seven out of ten).
Following the Suns, the Celtics will host the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.
At home, they are 23-10 in 33 games.

He was the third pick in 2016 after one year at Cal.

As for the Suns, they dropped to 39-29 in 68 games, which has them as the seventh seed in the Western Conference.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing skid (but have won six out of ten).
Following the Celtics, the Suns will play their next game on Tuesday when they play the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
