Blake Snell Shares NSFW Message About Shoulder Injury on Video Game Stream

Blake Snell has yet to pitch for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2026 due to a lingering shoulder injury. In the rounds leading up to the 2025 Fall Classic, Snell was absolutely unhittable for the Dodgers en route to their second consecutive world title.

Dodgers starter Blake Snell is currently on the 15-day injured list to start the 2026 season due to left shoulder fatigue, with a return expected in late May. He is progressing through his recovery, recently starting to throw at 120 feet and facing live hitters in mid-April, aiming for a cautious return.

On Saturday, via his live stream playing video games, Snell shared a not-safe-for-work message regarding his shoulder injury.

What Did Blake Snell Say?

Via his stream, here was Blake Snell’s message after someone seemingly commented something on his shoulder:

“Geeked off the Injured List like I can F-ing control that.”

Snell then goes on to “talk to his shoulder” by saying, “Hey shoulder, don’t have inflammation, don’t pitch in the postseason when your shoulder didn’t feel good. Don’t try and win a World Series. Don’t start the season because your shoulder still hurts from pitching. Well figure it out, what the F–k you want me to do?”

He continues to go on and address the comment section of his stream, but not before shouting another expletive.

It’s the same shoulder that’s been bothered Snell pretty much the entire regular season last year as well.

In 2025, Snell made 11 starts and boasted an ERA of 2.35 in 61.1 innings in the first year of a five-year, $136 million contract.

But the Dodgers are very obviously safekeeping Snell until October, but it’s nice of Snell to reassure that he is actually fatigued.

Dodgers Take First Game in Rangers Series in Impressive Fashion

The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Texas Rangers in the first game of their three-game weekend series by a score of 8-7.

Max Muncy was the HERO, becoming the first player in MLB history to score 5 runs, get four hits, and hit three home runs in a single game, and that was all capped off by a towering, no doubt walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning.

Los Angeles became the first team in MLB this season to reach the 10-win mark and will go for the series win on Saturday.
