This week, the lawsuit was dropped. Despite this, Kruse and Fialko are not giving up on their claims against Presley. The attorney representing them said they still plan to pursue the lawsuit.</p>

<p id=”par-2_71″>In 2024, Presley sued Kruse and Fialko. She claimed they swindled her out of $1 million and accused them of elder abuse. The following year, they responded with a $50 million lawsuit. Per <a href=”https://www.nytimes.com/2025/08/15/arts/music/priscilla-presley-feud-former-business-partners.html” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>The New York Times</a>, they claimed Presley “pulled the plug” on <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/lisa-marie-presley-suffered-chronic-presley-problem-her-entire-life-says-historian.html/”>daughter Lisa Marie Presley</a> in order to regain control of the family trust. They also accused Presley of fraud, breach of contract, and attempting to discredit them.</p>
<p id=”par-3_52″>“Kruse and Fialko invested seven figures into rebuilding Priscilla’s brand, stabilizing her finances, settling her lawsuits, cleaning up numerous private family ordeals and attempting to help Priscilla repair her relationship with her daughter,” their lawyer, Jordan Matthews, said. “Priscilla has, in turn, smeared Kruse and Fialko with false lies and malicious campaigns.”</p>

<p id=”par-4_12″>Presley’s lawyer, Marty Singer, slammed the lawsuit as a “disgusting publicity stunt.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_41″>“This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an 80-year-old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators,” he said.</p>

<p id=”par-6_19″>After a judge dismissed the lawsuit, Matthews noted that Kruse and Fialko are still very much pursuing their litigation.</p>
<p id=”par-7_89″>“The dismissal of merely one of the lawsuits at issue in connection with our clients’ claims against Priscilla Presley was nothing more than a procedural step that the parties agreed to,” he said in a statement. “The parties simply agreed to consolidate certain claims, and our clients are pursuing their cross-claims against Priscilla Presley and various other parties in a matter now proceeding before Judge Epstein. The parties expect a trial date to be set in that matter shortly, and our clients will continue to vigorously pursue their claims.”</p>

She alleged that Keough received a Jaguar and between $10,000 and $20,000 for her eggs.</p>
