According to a new report, Tom Cruise and Elsina Khayrova have gone their separate ways following a very brief relationship.
Now, it seems the A-list star might already be in the process of rebounding from his latest heartbreak — and he’s doing so with the help of his Top Gun: Maverick costar Monica Barbaro.
Yes, it was only a few weeks ago that we first reported on the relationship between Tom and Elsina.
But it seems that romance wasn’t meant to last.

And already, In Touch is reporting that Cruise is eager to move on with Barbaro.
Tom Cruise Seeks to ‘Explore’ Relationship With Monica Barbaro
“Tom thinks she’s stunningly beautiful,” a source tells In Touch, adding, “He’d like to explore a relationship with her.”
It seems that Tom and Monica are not actually dating (yet!), but he’s already a very influential figure in her life.
In addition to co-starring with Barbaro in Top Gun, Cruise has apparently been using his star power to aid the actress in her career.

According to In Touch, Cruise pulled some strings to get Barbaro cast as singer Joan Baez in the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown, which is directed by his longtime friend James Mangold.
“Tom’s mentored younger actors before — men and women. It’s a very rewarding process for him,” says the insider.
Of course, it sounds like in this case, Tom might be seeking something more than the satisfaction that comes with helping a young artist reach new heights.

“People around Tom believe they’re a great match. But he genuinely wants her to succeed,” the source adds.
The insider says that Monica is “flattered by the attention.”
It seems, however, that she wants to focus on her career at the moment.

“She wants to prove that she’s deserving of the role,” says the source.
It was nice of Cruise to help Barbaro with her career, but the move could backfire, as the Dylan biopic stars a newly single Timothee Chalamet! Just sayin’!
Tom’s Relationship With Suri Cruise: What’s Going On There?
Further complicating the situation is the fact that Tom is dealing with another round of bad press thanks to recent reports that Cruise still wants nothing to do with Suri, his daughter by Katie Holmes.

These days, Suri is 17 and preparing to head off to college.
But multiple sources have indicated that Tom has played no role in the selection process and, in fact, has had little contact with the teen in recent years.
We don’t know if that’s true, but we do know that at 61, Tom is still arguably the biggest movie star on the planet.
So hey, at least Suri won’t have to take out any student loans!
