Lauren Boebert Pushes Solution “If Evil Men Prevail” In Colorado

Ministry leader Victor Marx, one of the eight Republicans who have declared that they’re running for the Governor of Colorado in 2026, has received the endorsement of MAGA-aligned Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO).

Both politicians believe that former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, who is serving a nine-year sentence in a Colorado prison after being convicted by a grand jury in a Colorado state court on seven charges (four of which were felonies) related to unauthorized access to election machines immediately after Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election, should be released from prison.

As seen below, Marx has promised that if elected as governor, he will release Peters “day one of my administration. It’s that simple.”

Boebert replied to Marx’s promise of freeing Peters by writing on social media: “I certainly hope Tina is FREE way before Victor becomes our next Governor. If evil men prevail, Victor WILL do what should have been done long ago!”

Note: President Trump offered Peters a federal pardon, but as she was convicted and sentenced at the state level only the Governor — Democrat Jared Polis — can issue an effective pardon for her. Several conservatives align with Democrats like Polis on the Peters issue and are urging the Governor to uphold the sentence, including the prosecutor Dan Rubinstein who put Peters away for nine years.

If Marx wins the GOP nomination (President Trump has yet to announce his endorsement), he will face either Democratic U.S. Senator Michael Bennet or Colorado’s Attorney General Phil Weiser in the gubernatorial election in November. Note: Republicans have not won a gubernatorial election in Colorado since Bill Owens was re-elected in 2002.
