One man was shot in Brentwood Saturday night in what police are calling an isolated incident.

According to Brentwood Police, the shooting happened at approximately 8 p.m. near the 400 block of Orchard Drive.

When officers responded, they found a man who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive.

After speaking with witnesses, police say they were able to locate an adult suspect who they took into custody without incident. Authorities had not yet released the names of the victim or suspect.
