PETTY THEFT: 3:02 p.m. in the 2000 block of Winchester Boulevard. Someone entered a store and took items without paying.
STALKING: 3:37 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue. The suspect has followed a woman over the last couple years from her previous place of employment. Recently, the suspect has gone to her place of employment exclusively to speak with her. The woman fears for her safety due to the suspect’s unwanted attention.
PETTY THEFT: 9 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Campbell Avenue. Someone pried open a set of apartment mailboxes and stole a package.
Feb. 27
UNDER INFLUENCE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 10:15 p.m. at 47 Union Ave. A woman was contacted at her residence for a welfare check and found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
BURGLARY: 4:30 p.m. at 1887 South Bascom Avenue. Someone broke into a truck and stole a backpack containing cooking knives worth approximately $300.
Feb. 28
DRINKING IN PUBLIC: 10:22 a.m. at Budd Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard. A man was contacted and cited for drinking alcohol in public.
UNDER INFLUENCE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 9:11 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue. A man was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and provided a false ID to officers.
WARRANTS: 8:31 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Winchester Boulevard. A woman reportedly broke into an RV. She had two outstanding warrants for her arrest out of Solano County.
Feb. 29
ROBBERY: 2:18 a.m. in the 1000 block of Winchester Boulevard. During a private property tow, a man forcibly took a set of keys from the victim and used force to prevent the victim from retrieving the keys.
BURGLARY: 7 a.m. in the 200 block of West Hamilton Avenue. Someone broke into an apartment and stole jewelry and cash.
BATTERY ON PERSON: 3:58 p.m. in the 800 block of Chapman Drive. The victim said the suspect was in violation of a “no dog” policy on school grounds. The suspect refused to leave until officers arrived. Both parties said they were hit and desired prosecution.
BURGLARY: in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue. Someone broke into an apartment and ransacked the residence.
UNDER INFLUENCE/IN POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF UNLAWFUL PARAPHERNALIA AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 10:44 a.m. in the 1100 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A woman was sleeping in her vehicle and blocking the roadway. She had visible drug paraphernalia in her fanny pack and was in possession of suspected heroin and methamphetamine, as well as banking cards not belonging to her. She displayed objective signs and symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
PETTY THEFT: 9:10 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue. Two suspects entered an open business, and one stole approximately $300 worth of merchandise.
DUI: 8:49 p.m. at West Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway. A man was involved in a collision and was found to be DUI.
March 1
STOLEN VEHICLE: 2:03 p.m. at Foote Street East Campbell Avenue. A man was driving a Mazda Protege that had been reported stolen out of San Francisco.
DUI: 11:17 p.m. at Civic Center Drive and North Second Street. A man was involved in a collision and was found to be DUI.
March 2
DUI: 12:53 a.m. at East Campbell and Railway avenue. A vehicle was observed on top of the bushes. The driver displayed objective symptoms of alcohol and admitted to consuming alcohol. They did not perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: in the 200 block of Echo Avenue. The suspect punched the victim in the head five times with a closed fist. The suspect threw the victim’s glasses, causing them to break. The victim is the protected party in a served restraining order.
POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE, BURGLARY TOOLS, PARAPHERNALIA AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 10:17 a.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue. FLOCK captured a pickup that had been reported stolen. An officer located the truck and observed detained the driver, who was in possession of methamphetamine, oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, burglary tools and personal ID information belonging to other people.
POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE: 8:52 a.m. at Saratoga Avenue and Prospect Road. An officer located a Toyota Prius reported stolen out of San Jose. The driver had evidence of financial transactions, text messages and other data showing he had purchased the Toyota from the owner.
GRAND THEFT: 5:50 a.m. at Nido Drive and Budd Avenue. Three suspects stole a catalytic converter and fled in a white sedan.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: 8:46 p.m. at North Second Street and East Campbell Avenue. A man was contacted for possible indecent exposure and urinating in public. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol. The victim said the man challenged them to a fight.
March 3
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 2:24 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way. A man was found to be DUI. and was taken into custody. At jail, a controlled substance was located in in his property.
GRAND THEFT: 1:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue. The suspect entered a store and stole merchandise.
PETTY THEFT: 4 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard. Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took the registration and key belonging to a client’s residence.
PETTY THEFT: 4 a.m. in the 800 block of Old Orchard Road. Someone stole two school-issued Chromebooks, a Macbook Air and charger and a backpack off the backyard porch overnight.
DEFRAUD INNKEEPER, OFFENSIVE WORDS IN PUBLIC PLACE, BATTERY, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, RESISTING ARREST: 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue. A man was contacted for a report of battery and theft. He pushed a security guard several times, challenged another security guard to fight, was too intoxicated to care for himself, ate food at a restaurant and left without paying and threatened to fight a police officer numerous times.
LOITERING, MAIL THEFT, UNDER INFLUENCE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 5:58 p.m. at Apricot and South Bascom avenues. A woman was checking doors and going into mailboxes. She was confronted by a homeowner and fled, dropping several items of mail not belonging to her. She was found to be under the influence of a stimulant, and had a $50,000 warrant out of San Diego.
ORGANIZED RETAIL THEFT: 5:15 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue. Two suspects entered a business and stole approximately $800 worth of merchandise.
March 4
BATTERY: 2:30 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue. A woman grabbed the back of a man’s collar, causing him pain, and took his phone while he was on the line with 911.
