In keeping with the traditional calendar of events taking place every two years, the next Olympic games take place in Los Angeles starting on July 14, 2028. Fans will have to wait another four years until the next Winter Olympics.
France will host the 2030 Winter Olympics in the French Alps. The next Winter Olympic games get started on February 1, 2030.

Now, that the Olympics are over, let’s take a look at the medal count. Norway ran away atop the table from start to finish with 41 medals, including 18 golds, with a sizable advantage in both categories.
The United States surpassed Italy to finish second with 33 medals and 12 golds. Italy finished in third place with 30 medals while Germany (26) and Japan (24) closed out the top-five countries in the medal count.
