While Ingram has had his fair share of struggles throughout the first-round playoff series, he still carries a ton of value for Toronto when he’s available.

This season, Ingram appeared in 77 games for the Raptors. He posted averages of 21.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game. Ingram was knocking down shots at a 47.7% clip from the field and hitting on 38.2% of his threes.

Those numbers are down in the postseason.

Ingram was forced to leave Game 5 early to get checked out. He would not return to the loss against the Cavaliers, sparking an explanation from Darko Rajaković after the game.

“As you know, he’s been dealing with his heel,” Rajaković said to reporters.

“He re-aggravated his heel on one play. We tried to re-tape him at halftime. He tried to activate to see if he could be ready for the second half, but he was not able to come and play the second half. Tomorrow, we’ll know more when we do more evaluation. It’s something that’s kind of like, on and off, he was doing well, and then he just re-aggravated it on that play.”

As of Friday morning, all signs are pointing to Ingram missing the do-or-die battle against Cleveland. The door is still open, but only slightly.

The Raptors and the Cavaliers are slated for a 7:30 PM ET tip.
