President Ronald Reagan 115th Birthday Commemoration – Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum: The event begins with a music prelude by the Camp Pendleton Marine Division Band, 10:30 a.m. Feb. 6. The Commanding General at United States Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton conducts the 11 a.m. ceremony that includes a chaplain, a color guard, the placing of an official White House wreath at Ronald Reagan’s grave site, a 21-gun salute, and keynote remarks by former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy.
