Tesla crashes into living room of a Pacoima home, injuring 2

A Tesla crashed into the living room of a Pacoima home after driving off a freeway ramp, leaving two people injured early Friday morning, Jan. 23, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The driver, a 33-year-old man, and a 49-year-old man who had been inside the home were transported to a hospital with unknown injuries, according to a fire department spokesperson.

The crash happened early on Friday at 13001 W. Branford Street. The car was removed from the home by fire personnel, revealing the home’s living room front wall as destroyed, exposing the room to the front yard of the home.


The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
