The Daily News girls basketball Top 15 rankings for February 9, 2026:
1. Sierra Canyon (25-2, 10-0): Sierra Canyon won its fourth straight Mission League title this season and will begin Open Division pool play with a game against No. 2 Oak Park on Thursday.
2. Oak Park (18-7, 7-0): Oak Park won their fourth straight Coastal Canyon League title this season and will now head into the Open Division playoffs in a pool with No. 1 Sierra Canyon and Corona Centennial.
3. Valencia (24-4, 12-0): Valencia won the Foothill League this season and will host Chino on Thursday in the first round of the Division 1 playoffs.
4. Thousand Oaks (25-3, 9-1): The Lancers won their first Marmonte League title since 2012 this season and will host St. Bonaventure in the first round of the Division 1 playoffs on Thursday.
5. Harvard-Westlake (15-9, 7-3): Harvard-Westlake finished second in the Mission League and will host Bishop Montgomery in the first round of the Division 1 playoffs on Thursday.
6. Village Christian (19-7, 7-1): The Crusaders won their fifth straight Olympic League title and will travel to Moreno Valley for a first round Division 1 playoff game on Thursday.

10. Alemany (19-8, 8-0): Alemany won the Angelus League this season and will travel to Brentwood for a first round Division 1 playoff game on Thursday.
11. Saugus (20-8, 10-2): Saugus finished second in the Foothill League and will host Claremont in the first round of the Division 2 playoffs on Thursday.
12. Birmingham (25-3, 10-0): Birmingham won their third straight West Valley League title this season and will host Palisades in the first round of the LA City Section Open Division playoffs on Thursday.
13. Granada Hills Charter (20-8, 8-2): Granada Hills finished second in the West Valley League and will host Venice in the first round of the Open Division playoffs on Thursday.
14. Trinity Classical Academy (22-6, 8-0): Trinity won their eighth straight Heritage League title and will travel to Rosary Academy for a first round Division 2 playoff game on Thursday.
