Noteworthy: Amoroso has been a pivotal player during the Bears’ run to the CIF Southern Section Division 5 title game. The senior guard had seven points, five rebounds, nine assists and five steals in the team’s quarterfinal win over Carter. She then notched 15 points, nine rebounds, four assists and three steals in the semifinal win over Oakwood. Despite the great numbers, her most impressive individual stat in the two playoff games: just one turnover.
