Freebie of the week: Culver City’s Wende Museum opens new community center

The interesting (and free) Wende Museum in Culver City — opened in 2002 to explore the legacy of the Cold War in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union — has opened a new space that offers even more free activities. Check out the Glorya Kaufman Community Center at the Wende Museum, which offers numerous free activities that are worth exploring.

And make sure to check out the Wende Museum itself, opens Fridays to Sundays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 10808 Culver Blvd., Culver City.
