Angel City FC signs 16-year-old Kennedy Fuller to 3-year deal

Angel City Football Club has added another teenager, signing U-17 midfielder Kennedy Fuller.

Fuller, who will turn 17 on Saturday, was signed via the NWSL U-18 Entry Mechanism. The contract is through the 2026 season with an option for 2027.

Fuller, who joins Alyssa Thompson, Gisele Thompson and Casey Phair as teenage signings with Angel City, is the second youngest behind Phair, who is also 16.

“I’m so thrilled to join such a unique and diverse team in Angel City,” Fuller said in a statement. “Being able to play with some of the best players in the world is such an amazing opportunity, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”

Fuller, originally from Texas, was signed to attend North Carolina after completing high school in 2½ years. She has trained with NWSL clubs like North Carolina, Kansas City and the San Diego Wave and also spent three weeks with Chelsea FC.
