REDWOOD CITY – A 38-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run over the weekend in Redwood City, authorities said.

The fatal collision happened between 1:30 a.m. and 2:45 a.m. on March 2 in the 700 block of El Camino Real, near Brewster Avenue, according to the Redwood City Police Department.

The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s identity once it is confirmed and her next of kin is notified.
