Where to find fish, shrimp and more at restaurants during Lent in 2024

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, which this year is also on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.

It’s the time of year when many Christians abstain from meat on Fridays leading up to Easter. Many replace it with fish.

It’s also the time of year when seafood chains freshen their menus and restaurants that specialize in burgers tout their fish sandwiches.
