Highway U.S. 6 is closed between the Loveland ski area and Arapahoe Basin due to safety concerns, according to a Wednesday Colorado Department of Transportation post on X.
The road is closed from mile point 222 to I-70, Loveland Pass, three to ten miles east of Keystone.
Hazmat vehicles will start at Eisenhower Tunnel at 9 a.m. or as traffic allows. Travelers should expect delays.
