For Sunday’s game, the Raptors could remain without Barrett.
He is listed as questionable on the injury report.
Blake Murphy of Sportsnet wrote: “RJ Barrett (knee soreness), Collin Murray-Boyles (neck sprain), and Trayce Jackson-Davis *illness) are questionable for Raptors on Sunday.
Chucky Hepburn is out.”

Barrett is in the middle of his third season playing for the Raptors.
The former Duke star is averaging 19.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists per contest while shooting 48.9% from the field and 33.8% from three-point range in 56 games.
Zulfi Sheikh of Sportsnet wrote (on March 8): “RJ Barrett is now the eighth Canadian to reach 8,000 career points in the NBA, per Raptors PR.
13 points and counting for him tonight. He’s the 54th player in NBA history to reach that milestone at age 25 or younger.”

The Raptors are having their best season in years, as the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 45-36 record in 81 games.
They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games (and are 23-17 at home).
The franchise last made the NBA playoffs during the 2022 season.

The Raptors have been one of the best surprises in the NBA this season.
They will have a real chance to make a deep run.
Josh Lewenberg of TSN wrote: “To simplify… Raptors finish 6th with a win (vs Brooklyn) OR Orlando loss (at Boston) AND Philadelphia loss (vs Milwaukee). They finish 5th with a win AND Atlanta loss (at Miami) AND Orlando loss. All other scenarios have them in the play-in (7th or 8th).”

The Nets have had a tough year as the 13th seed with a 20-61 record in 81 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak (and 3-7 over their last ten).
