The top seven most expensive home sales in Palo Alto, reported the week of Feb. 5

A house that sold for $7.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Palo Alto in the past week.

In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $3 million. The average price per square foot ended up at $1,709.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Feb. 5 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

7. $775K, condominium in the 1900 block of West Bayshore Road

The sale of the condominium in the 1900 block of West Bayshore Road, East Palo Alto, has been finalized. The price was $775,000, and the condominium changed hands in January. The condominium was built in 2002 and has a living area of 1,197 square feet. The price per square foot was $647. The condominium features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

6. $881K, single-family home in the 700 block of Green Street

A sale has been finalized for the single-family home in the 700 block of Green Street in East Palo Alto. The price was $881,000 and the new owners took over the house in January. 5. $1.2 million, condominium in the 600 block of Forest Ave.
