Stolen credit cards used for $15,000 fraud in Campbell

Taking a vehicle without owner’s consent: Someone took another person’s vehicle keys on Camden Avenue and drove the vehicle from a parking lot without the owner’s consent.

Recovered stolen vehicle: Officers located a stolen vehicle on Capri Drive that was recovered and released to the owner.

Assault with a deadly weapon: Someone used a vehicle to swerve dangerously close to another driver’s vehicle in a road rage incident on West Campbell Avenue.

Obtain money by false pretenses: Someone used stolen credit cards to buy tires on Camden Avenue for a loss of about $15,000.

Petty theft: Someone stole bottles of wine from a shop on West Hamilton Avenue, and officers later found the same person had a large collection of bottles containing alcohol stolen from other stores as well.

Threaten crime with intent to terrorize: A youth called a person on West Hamilton Avenue and threatened to kill her.

Possession of marijuana for sale: Someone on East Hamilton Avenue attempted to ship more than two packages containing marijuana to a person in Marietta, Georgia.

Mail theft: Someone stole mail from a mailbox on Stonehurst Way.

Threaten crime with intent to terrorize: Someone on West Hamilton Avenue made threats to another person via text message.

Burglary: Two people burglarized a business on West Hacienda Avenue and left before officers arrived.

Indecent exposure, sex registrant out of compliance: A man exposed himself in public on North Central Avenue. The man s a sex registrant who allegedly did not report a change of address.
