Ravens Get Bold Prediction Entering the 2026 Season

The Baltimore Ravens arguably have one of the biggest chips on their shoulders entering the 2026 season. Many predict where the Ravens will be in 2026, yet one individual has a bold prediction for the Baltimore franchise.

It’s safe to say the Baltimore have a relatively easy schedule to start the season which is what the Ravens need. Baltimore had one of the toughest early season schedules in the league last year.

“Baltimore opens the season on September 13 against the Indianapolis Colts before hosting the New Orleans Saints in Week 2,” Glenn Erby wrote in a Ravens Wire article. “The Ravens then travel to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for a Week 3 showdown with the Dallas Cowboys in one of the NFL’s premier international games of the season. The first half of the schedule also includes matchups with the Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, and Cincinnati Bengals before the highly anticipated trip to Buffalo.”

Ravens Predicted to be Last Undefeated Team

“The Ravens will be the last undefeated team in the NFL. The league has many heavyweight bouts early on in the schedule — the kickoff game is a Super Bowl rematch. But the Ravens don’t face a team that made the playoffs last season until Nov. 1, when they face the Bills.” Field Yates wrote in an ESPN article.

The Baltimore Ravens will likely run into the Buffalo Bills with an undefeated record. This would set up one of the most anticipated matchups in the NFL in a perfect way.

Last season, the Baltimore Ravens opened the 2025 season against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.

This honestly may have been the last game we saw a fully healthy Lamar Jackson. In 2025, Jackson was off to a good start in Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills. Jackson threw for 209 yards with three total touchdowns against Buffalo. In a game where the Ravens were supposed to walk away with a win, it was nothing short of choke job.

“The Bills overcame a 15-point deficit with under four minutes to play and walked away with a stunning 41-40 victory. In some ways, that opening defeat set an uphill tone for the Ravens’ disappointing 2025 season.” Clifton Brown wrote in a Baltimore Ravens article.

Unfortunately, Baltimore will have to go to Buffalo again this year. Nonetheless, we’ll see if the Ravens can take care of business in 2026.

The Baltimore Ravens Must Protect Home Field This Year

Though injuries to Lamar Jackson killed the Ravens 2025 season, Baltimore has do a better job of protecting home field.

New head coach Jesse Minter already stated winning at home will be a priority this year. It seems in recent years the Ravens have had much more success winning on the road than at home which is pretty bizarre.

With new leadership, a healthy Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, the Ravens should be primed for a special season. As long as Lamar Jackson is at quarterback, the Ravens will have a chance at the Super Bowl. The question remains if the team can get over the hump.
