Patriots’ Stefon Diggs Gushes Over Cardi B While Addressing Viral Postgame Videos

The New England Patriots have themselves a new celebrity fan this season. And it’s all thanks to Stefon Diggs.

The Patriots’ wide receiver and rapper Cardi B confirmed their relationship over the summer, making their first public appearance together in May at a New York Knicks-Boston Celtics game at Madison Square Garden. And throughout the NFL season, she has shown support for Diggs, even being spotted sitting next to Robert Kraft at a game.

However, what’s truly caught everyone’s attention is her postgame videos.

“Yeah, it’s cool,” Diggs told reporters on Wednesday. “I had to holla at her about one recently. It’s cool though.”

“I just appreciate the support. She’s been an amazing support of just me and the Patriots. She wasn’t a football girl before I converted her over. But, I’m just thankful to have her in my corner. She’s an amazing woman, and (we) continue to build that relationship. I don’t talk too much about my personal life. But she’s an amazing woman, and I just appreciate her. Hopefully I can build on that and watch that tree grow.”

Stefon Diggs Provides Rave Reviews On QB Drake Maye Ahead Of AFC Championship

GettyDrake Maye and Stefon Diggs of the New England Patriots warm up prior to the AFC Divisional Playoff game against the Houston Texans at Gillette Stadium on January 18, 2026 in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

While Drake Maye hasn’t been perfect throughout the first two rounds of the playoffs, he has done enough and come up big in key moments to help the Patriots advance.

“Our quarterback continues to show up, especially in those moments where things can go left or right,” Diggs said. “He’s making the right reads. He’s making the right throws. He’s rolling with the punches.

“Playoff ball, it’s not going to be pretty. I’ll take our leader any day.”

Specifically, Maye has had some issues with ball security in recent weeks, but that doesn’t concern Diggs. He knows the quarterback will clean things up, and in the case that a mistake does happen, he’s confident that Maye will easily bounce back.

“I don’t think any of his plays are really bad plays. It’s just part of football. I watch him, and his demeanor and his temperament throughout the game, it never changes. I think he’s consistent,” he said. “The more people that band behind him, you see it. Once he gets rolling, he’s real scary. He’s a young quarterback but he has had a maturation process second to none in my opinion.”
