Nike Drops Jalen Brunson Ad With Clear Shot At 76ers After Knicks Win

If there is one thing that Nike has mastered, it’s timing.

Just as the New York Knicks closed out their second-round series against the Philadelphia 76ers, Nike dropped a timely Jalen Brunson ad.

The slogan? Too much to process.

The Sixers, famously known for their “Trust The Process” slogan, will remain linked to the word as long as the Joel Embiid era continues.

Unfortunately for the Sixers, it continues to be a way for teams to throw shots at them when things don’t go their way. Philly has been trusting the process that Sam Hinkie started when he added Embiid to the team to be a cornerstone of the franchise.

But the Sixers haven’t done a lot of high-level winning. The Knicks prevented the Sixers from advancing in the playoffs for the second time in three seasons this year. And they did it in dominant fashion this time around.

The Sixers were coming off a major high in the first round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs. After they trailed the Boston Celtics 1-3, the 76ers eventually forced a Game 7, and took the series with a big win on the road.

Brunson and the Knicks were waiting after fighting with the Atlanta Hawks for six games. That rest went a long way.

In Game 1, the Knicks defeated the Sixers 137-98. Game 2 was a lot closer, despite Joel Embiid not being on the court for the Knicks. Still, the Knicks went 2-0 at home with a 108-102 win in Game 2.

During Game 3 on the road in Philadelphia, the Knicks took down the Sixers with a 108-94 win. Brunson averaged 31.3 points, 6.0 assists, and 2.3 rebounds through the first three games of the series.

With a chance to sweep the series in Game 4, Brunson produced 22 points, six assists, and four rebounds in 28 minutes. The Knicks destroyed the Sixers 144-114.

Just like that, the 76ers’ season ended. The Knicks are headed to the Eastern Conference Finals again, preparing for a battle against the Cleveland Cavaliers or the Detroit Pistons.
