New York Mets Announce Marcus Semien Change Before Mariners Series Finale

On Wednesday, the New York Mets will finish their series with the Seattle Mariners in Washington.

They will look to avoid getting swept after losing each of the first two games.

Most recently, the Mets lost Tuesday’s game by a score of 8-3.

Marcus Semien (who batted 7th) finished with one strikeout in three at-bats.

For Wednesday’s game, the Mets have announced their starting lineup.

For Wednesday’s game, Semien has been moved up to the 6th spot in the lineup.

He last batted 6th on May 24.

Right now, the three-time MLB All-Star is batting .225 with 49 hits, six home runs, 23 RBI’s, 23 runs and five stolen bases in 61 games.
