New York Knicks Star Karl-Anthony Towns Makes Bold Instagram Post Before NBA Finals

Earlier this week, the New York Knicks beat the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals to complete the sweep.

Karl-Anthony Towns finished the 130-93 victory with 19 points, 14 rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting 8/11 from the field and 3/3 from three-point range in 26 minutes of playing time.

The Knicks are now headed to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999.

Ahead of the NBA Finals, Towns made a post to Instagram with just two words.

He wrote: “4 more.”

Towns is in his second season playing for the Knicks.

He finished the regular season with averages of 20.1 points, 11.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest while shooting 50.1 % from the field and 36.8% from three-point range in 75 games.

NBA legend Magic Johnson wrote (on May 25): “I want to congratulate New York Knicks Head Coach Mike Brown, superstar Jalen Brunson, star Karl Anthony Towns, and the entire Knicks organization for advancing to the NBA Finals after sweeping the Cleveland Cavaliers!”

He spent the first nine years of his career with the Minnesota Timberwolves

His career averages are 22.8 points, 11.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.1 blocks per contest while shooting 52.2% from the field and 39.7% from three-point range in 720 games.

The Knicks are the third seed in the Eastern Conference after going 53-29 during the regular season.
