Missing Indigenous man last seen in Lakewood may be in the Denver area

A 34-year-old Indigenous man has been reported missing and may be in the Denver area, Lakewood police and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in an alert Wednesday.

Matthew Davis Frost was last seen at about noon March 3 in the 5300 block of West Colorado Place, Lakewood, according to the alert. Frost may be wearing a green, puffy North Face Jacket.

Frost is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 157 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. The alert describes Frost as autistic with a pronounced stutter, and he suffers from impaired cognitive reasoning.
