On Friday night, the Milwaukee Bucks will play the New York Knicks (at home) in Wisconsin.
The Bucks are coming off a 118-116 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers (also at home).
Kevin Porter Jr. led the way with 20 points while shooting 10/16 from the field in 38 minutes of playing time.
Milwaukee Bucks Sign Player To 2-Way Deal Before Knicks Game
Before Friday’s showdown with New York, the Bucks announced that they had signed Cormac Ryan to a two-way deal.
Michael Scotto of HoopsHype reported: “The Milwaukee Bucks and Cormac Ryan have agreed to a two-way deal, league sources told @hoopshype. Ryan, a G League standout for the Wisconsin Herd, has averaged 20.4 points on 48.2% shooting from the field and 42.1% from 3-point range, 4.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.5 steals.”

Ryan has shown an elite ability to shoot threes this season (averaging 7.5 attempts).
He also shot 45.8% from three-point range in ten Tip-Off Tournament G League games last year.
Via NBA G League (on February 24): “36 PTS 🦌 4 AST 🦌 6 3PM 🦌 63% FG Cormac Ryan was on a HEATER for the @WisconsinHerd tonight scoring a career-high 36 points and 6 3-pointers made. 👏”
Considering he is on a two-way deal, it’s not yet clear about how much he will play.
That said, Ryan is clearly an intriguing player to have on their bench (and in their organization).

The Bucks have had a tough season that has seen injuries to two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo slow them down.
They are currently the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 26-31 record in 57 games.
Following the Knicks, the Bucks will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they visit the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.
