Man killed in shooting on East Hale Parkway in Denver

A man was killed after a Saturday night shooting in Denver, according to the Denver Police Department.

The shooting occurred in the 4800 block of East Hale Parkway, according to a Denver police post on X at 6:39 p.m. Saturday. One victim, an adult male, took himself to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital, according to a 9:38 p.m. Saturday update.

The incident is being investigated as a homicide and no arrests have been made at this time, police say.
