A beige car is being sought in the hit-and-run death of a 36-year-old man late Thursday in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood.
Around 11 p.m., the 36-year-old man was standing in the 8700 block of North Ashland Avenue when a beige car hit him and left the scene, Chicago police said.
He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he died, police said.
The Major Accidents Investigations Unit was looking into the accident.
