Lakewood police are investigating a police shooting in the area of 4th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard, authorities said on X.
Police warned the public to avoid that area, as well as the vicinity near West 6th Avenue and Garrison Street.
Authorities did not immediately divulge any additional information.
Lakewood Police are currently rly investigating an officer involved shooting in the area of 4th and Wadsworth. Please avoid the area if you can.
