The 2026 NCAA Tournament has reached its final stage, with only four teams remaining and three games left to determine a national champion.

After weeks of competition and 64 teams eliminated, Michigan, Arizona, UConn, and Illinois will compete in the Final Four in Indianapolis.

The remaining games will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium, with teams getting a six-day break before the semifinals tip off. Fans can watch the final matchups across multiple networks and streaming platforms as March Madness concludes.

2026 NCAA Tournament Final Four Schedule and Matchups

The Final Four is scheduled for Saturday, with a doubleheader set to determine which teams will advance to the national championship game.

No. 2 seed UConn will face No. 3 seed Illinois in the first game at 6:09 p.m. ET. Illinois advanced after defeating Iowa in the Elite Eight, marking its first Final Four appearance since 2005. That season ended with a national championship loss to North Carolina, and Illinois remains one of the programs with multiple Final Four appearances but no title.

UConn enters the matchup with recent championship experience. The program has won six national titles, including back-to-back championships in 2023 and 2024 under head coach Dan Hurley.

In the second semifinal, No. 1 seeds Michigan and Arizona will meet. Arizona reached its first Final Four since 2001 after defeating Purdue, while Michigan continues its run in pursuit of its first title since 1989.

The winners of Saturday’s games will advance to the national championship, which is set for Monday night.

2026 NCAA Tournament Storylines: UConn, Illinois, Michigan, Arizona

Each of the remaining teams enters the Final Four with a distinct storyline.

UConn looks to extend its recent dominance after winning consecutive national championships. Illinois is seeking its first title in program history after returning to the Final Four for the first time in two decades.

Michigan and Arizona both aim to add to their championship histories. Michigan’s last title came in 1989, while Arizona last won in 1997.

The Big Ten Conference has two teams remaining in Michigan and Illinois but has not won a national championship since Michigan State in 2000.
