Before Monday’s game, news came out that the Astros had signed Daniel Johnson to a minor league deal.

Johnson’s MLB Career

Johnson was picked in the fifth round of the 2016 MLB Draft.
He spent the first two seasons of his career with the Guardians.
The 30-year-old then had stints with the Baltimore Orioles and San Francisco Giants.
