Gervonta “Tank” Davis is wanted by the police after being issued an arrest warrant for an alleged domestic violence incident that occurred in October 2025.
Davis, 31, is being charged with false imprisonment, baterry and attempted kidnapping. The Miami Gardens Police Department announced that it is searching for Davis.
“At this time, the Miami Gardens Police Department is actively working with the United States Marshal’s fugitive task force to locate and apprehend Mr. Davis,” executive officer Emmanuel Jeanty said. “Domestic violence is a serious crime, and the Miami Gardens Police Department remains committed to holding offenders accountable and protecting victims.”
The incident occurred at a gentleman’s club in Miami Gardens. A woman claiming to be involved in a past relationship with Davis since 2022, alleged that she was abused.
Their relationship ended one month before the incident.
Davis allegedly grabbed the woman and pulled her by the back of her head through a stairwell and kitchen, before taking her to the back exit and assaulting her.
Surveillance footage from the gentlemen’s club corroborates the woman’s details, according to the police.
On Halloween, the same woman sued Davis for the altercation. 75 days later, there’s now a warrant out for his arrest.
