On Tuesday, the Atlanta Braves opened up a series with the Chicago White Sox at Rate Field.
They lost by a score of 6-5.
Austin Riley finished with one hit, one walk and two strikeouts.
The Braves have been the best team in the MLB, but continue to have problems at third base with Riley slumping.
Future Hall Of Famer Braves Must Consider Trading For

One player the Braves should consider trading for is Arizona Diamondbacks star Nolan Arenado.
The 10-time Gold Glove winner is no longer in his prime at 35.
That said, he has had a solid year for Arizona, and is batting .256 with 52 hits, eight home runs, 30 RBI’s, 30 runs and one stolen base in 61 games.
Arenado is also one of the best fielders of all time.

At this stage of his career, Arenado does not have the trade value he once had, which means the Braves could potentially get him for a fair price.
If the Diamondbacks fall off in the standings, there would no sense in them keeping a player of his age (when they could get assets in return).
Arenado has the potential to be the final piece for a Braves team that is expected to compete for the 2026 World Series title.

In addition to the Diamondbacks, Arenado has also spent time with the Colorado Rockies and St. Louis Cardinals over 14 MLB seasons.
He is an eight-time MLB All-Star (and likely a future Hall of Famer).
Over 1,847 career games, Arenado is batting .281 with 1,972 hits, 361 home runs, 1,214 RBI’s, 1,022 runs and 32 stolen bases.

The Braves are 45-22 in 67 games, which has them as the first-place team in the National League East.
They have won seven out of their last ten games.
