Dominic Smith (who made his Braves debut) was the hero.
He hit a game-winning grand slam in the bottom of the ninth inning.
The 30-year-old also made MLB history.

Smith had signed with the Braves over the offseason.
He has also spent time playing for the New York Mets, Washington Nationals, Boston Red Sox, San Francisco Giants and Cincinnati Reds.
Coming into the night, Smith had batted .250 with 69 home runs, 292 RBI’s and 263 runs over 756 games.
