After another warm day Wednesday, a weak cold front moving into the Denver metro area overnight will bring some light snow chances through Thursday.
Temperatures Wednesday could get as high or higher than Tuesday, with a high of 66 degrees, then the cold front will drop temperatures Thursday and Friday to the low 50s.

The mountains will get the brunt of the snowfall Wednesday; forecasters at the National Weather Service in Boulder expect the Park Range to get between two and 10 inches of snow by 5 a.m. Thursday.
Forecasters expect rain showers, with a smaller chance of snow showers, to develop across the plains overnight.
Thursday will start out dreary as a second wave of moisture moves through the metro area. Some forecast models predict Denver could get about a half-inch of precipitation, while others keep precipitation totals closer to about a quarter-inch, forecasters said.
While temperatures will be marginal, early morning lows will be cool enough to support snow or a wintry mix.
A few locations in the Denver metro area could get between one and two inches of snow, but there is only a 20% chance of that.
Air and road temperatures will limit accumulations in most areas.
After Thursday, Friday sees a return of dry, sunny weather, and the weekend will see a return of highs in the 60s. Sunday’s high temperature is even forecast to be 70 degrees.
The next snow or rain chances will be next Monday.
