Cops release sketch of alleged Logan Square sexual abuser

Chicago police have released a sketch of man wanted for sexual abuse that occurred in January in Logan Square.

The victim, a 33-year-old woman, was walking in the 3400 block of West Armitage Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Jan. 14 when a man approached from behind and sexually abused her, police said.

Police described the alleged abuser as a 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-5 Hispanic or Filipino man between 20 to 30 years old with black hair, dark eyes, thin build and a possible accent, officials said.

Police said it was unknown if the person depicted in the sketch had any connection with recent sexual assaults in the same neighborhood in January and February that prompted another warning from police.
