8:30 a.m.: We’re about to tip things off for Day 2 inside Denver Coliseum. The second day begins with No. 11 Standley Lake (21-4) taking on No. 3 Mead (21-4) in the Class 5A girls quarterfinals. In case you missed it, Day 1 ended with a bang, as the Smoky Hill boys took down the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles in an instant classic.
