Colorado adds to O-line with Georgia transfer Bo Hughley

More competition is being added to the Colorado offensive line.

On Monday, the Buffaloes and head coach Deion Sanders received a commitment from former Georgia offensive lineman Bo Hughley.

Listed at 6-foot-7, 295 pounds, Hughley appeared in 10 games, with two starts this past season for the Bulldogs as a redshirt sophomore.

Hughley made a start at right tackle against Alabama and a start at left tackle against Auburn. He was listed as the top backup at both tackle spots on Georgia’s depth chart going into the Sugar Bowl.

Overall this season, Hughley played 246 snaps and did not allow a sack, according to Pro Football Focus. In three years at Georgia, he played in 14 games, with 277 snaps played and no sacks allowed.

A four-star prospect, per 247Sports, coming out of Langston Hughes (Georgia) High School in 2023, he had 24 scholarship offers, including from Colorado. He took visits to Auburn and Nebraska before signing with Georgia.

CU has had 32 transfer additions this offseason, including four on the offensive line: Hughley, Jayven Richardson (Missouri), Taj White (Rutgers) and Jose Soto (Sacramento State).
