Cody Bellinger Made New York Yankees History In Orioles Game

On Saturday afternoon, the New York Yankees continued their series with the Baltimore Orioles (at home) in the Bronx.

The Yankees won by a score of 9-4.

Cody Bellinger was the hero, as he had four hit with two home runs, four RBI’s and one stolen base.

Chris Kirschner of The Athletic wrote: “Cody Bellinger entered today’s game with a .755 OPS. He’s 4-for-4 with a single, double, 2 HR today. Season OPS: .855”

Bellinger also made notable Yankees history.

Bellinger is in the middle of his second season playing for New York.

He is batting .276 with 32 hits, five home runs, 20 RBI’s, 21 runs and four stolen bases in 32 games.
