For Friday’s game, the Cavs have announced that Allen has been ruled out.
Danny Cunningham of Locked On Cavs wrote: “#Cavs list Donovan Mitchell, Jarrett Allen, and Sam Merrill all as out tomorrow against the Atlanta Hawks.
Thomas Bryant (calf strain) is also out.
Jaylon Tyson (left great toe bone bruise) is questionable.”

Allen is in the middle of his sixth season playing for the Cavs.
The former Texas star is averaging 15.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 63.8% from the field in 56 games.

The Cavs are the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 51-29 record in 80 games.

On the road, the Cavs are 25-15 in 40 games played away from Ohio.
Following the Hawks, they will play their final game of the 2026 regular season on Sunday when they host the Washington Wizards.

Following the Cavs, the Hawks will play their final game of the 2026 season when they visit the Miami Heat on Sunday in Florida.
