Chicago White Sox Announce Roster Move Before Blue Jays Game

On Sunday afternoon, the Chicago White Sox are playing the Toronto Blue Jays (at home).

The White Sox have won each of the first two games, to they will look to go for the sweep.

Before Sunday’s game, the White Sox announced that they had made a roster move.

Noah Phalen of Southside Showdown wrote: “#WhiteSox recall IF Tanner Murray for his big league debut. Everson Pereira headed to the IL with a sprained ankle”

Murray had been batting .304 with two home runs, seven RBI’s, six runs and two stolen bases in his first six games of the year (in Triple-A).
