Before Saturday’s game, the Cubs announced a roster move with Corbin Martin.
Patrick Mooney of The Athletic wrote: “With Daniel Palencia sidelined, the Cubs are adding Corbin Martin to their bullpen and moving Cade Horton to the 60-day injured list.”

Martin’s MLB Background
Martin was picked in the second round of the 2017 MLB Draft.
He spent the first year of his career playing for the Houston Astros (2019).
Following Houston, he spent two seasons with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Martin spent last season playing for the Baltimore Orioles.
