Barron Trump praised as ‘freaking stud’ and dad’s true political heir in new report

After a mostly private childhood, fiercely guarded by his mother Melania Trump, Barron Trump is reportedly prepared to step into the political limelight.

The 18-year-old will serve as a delegate at the Republican National Convention in July, as he’s also impressed conservatives with his potential to be the true heir to his father’s MAGA legacy.

“Barron is handsome, tall — taller even than his father — and very knowledgeable for someone his age. He’s also far more politically interested than people realize,” an insider said in a glowing Daily Mail profile of the teenager, who is set to graduate from high school next week.

“I see all the attributes of a future president if he has the appetite for it. And why not? He has the Trump genes,” the insider said.

Another Trumpworld figure, Iranian-American business mogul Patrick Bet-David, was mightily impressed when he hung out with Donald Trump’s 6-foot-7-inch son during a recent dinner at Mar-a-Lago, according to the Daily Mail.

On his PDB podcast, Bet-David described Barron on his podcast as “sharp, funny, sarcastic, tough — not weak,” the Daily Mail reported. Moreover, in a clip posted to X, formerly Twitter, Bet-David praised Barron’s good manners and humility, calling him a “freaking stud of a kid.”

Bet-David furthermore explained on his podcast that Barron is prepared for the challenges of entering the political arena on behalf of his controversial father and his 2024 campaign to return to the White House. He said Barron told him, “It’s officially fair game to come after me.”

The teen apparently was referring to the media and to Trump’s opponents, who had taken a hands-off approach to writing about him or criticizing him when he was a minor. “‘I don’t care. Good, do it,” Barron reportedly said, according to Bet-David.

Both the Daily Mail and NBC News reported that Barron will be a delegate at the Republican National Convention after being chosen for the role by the Florida state party. It will be the most high-profile role Trump’s youngest child has taken on, since he appeared at Mar-a-Lago in November 2022, when his father announced that he was running for president for the third time.

At this year’s RNC convention, Barron will joined by three of his older siblings — Eric, Donald Jr. and Tiffany — all of whom are set to serve as Florida delegates, NBC News said.

Before the convention, Barron will experience a milestone event in his life — graduating from high school on May 17. But even this event became fodder for commentary because it briefly emerged as an issue at his father’s New York criminal trial, which is related to hush money paid to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election. The adult film star has claimed she had one-night stand with Barron’s father in 2006, shortly after Barron’s birth.

With regard to the graduation, Trump’s attorneys argued that the former president should be allowed a break from the trial to attend the event, which Judge Juan Merchan agreed to allow.

Barron’s growing interest in following in his father’s footsteps became apparent last month when photos from his Mar-a-Lago dinner with Bet-David were circulated on social media. Others at the dinner included Trump-supporting MMA fighter Colby Covington, entrepreneur Justin Waller and 17-year-old Bo Loudon, Barron’s best friend. Bo is described as an up-and-coming conservative influencer, who is the son of TV personality Dr. Gina Loudon and former Missouri state senator John William Loudon, the Daily Mail said.

Waller, a business partner of the controversial internet personality Andrew Tate, shared an image of himself with Barron, Covington, Bet-David and Loudon on social media, with the caption: “Let’s take this country back.”

To Waller and the others with Barron that night, the young Trump scion seems to be a prime candidate to help with that agenda.

Barron is Melania Trump’s only child, born the year after his parents’ 2005 wedding. He spent his early childhood in New York, attending various prestigious private schools. After his father as elected president, Barron relocated to Washington, D.C., in 2017 and spent the next four years living in the White House.

After Trump lost the 2020 election, the Trumps moved to their Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach Florida. Barron attended the exclusive Oxbridge Academy, a private school founded in 2011 by billionaire William Koch, the brother of GOP mega-donors Charles and David Koch. The Daily Mail said he’s been known to have a huge interest in soccer and computers. He’s also bilingual in English and Slovenian, his model mother’s native language.
